Jennifer Mauet Raczkowski, Associate

Jennifer Mauet Raczkowski focuses her practice solely on family law and handles cases that involve divorce, legal decision-making, parenting time, spousal maintenance, division of property, spousal maintenance, child support, modification, and enforcement actions.

In 2000, Jennifer graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Before becoming an attorney, Jennifer wrote court mandated evaluations for Arizona State Hospital incarcerated patients, and counseled women and at-risk children.

In 2005, Jennifer received her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. Before choosing family law, Jennifer worked in criminal defense and civil litigation. Her legal experience exposed her to trial work in a wide variety of legal areas. Jennifer's experience includes work as the Senior Staff Attorney for the Maricopa County Superior Court. At the Court, Jennifer taught classes to judges and attorneys on subjects involving criminal law, post-conviction relief and legal procedure.

Legal community involvement is important to Jennifer as she is active in the Family Law Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association, serving multiple terms as the Secretary of the Board, and editor of the Board's Family Law Section Newsletter. In addition, Jennifer spearheaded and taught a continuing law education class on family law temporary orders along with family court judges.
